Biography

Michael D. Fertitta has served as a director of our company since 2026. He is a Managing Director at JDH Capital, where he leads the Real Estate and the Royalty & Minerals strategies. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to JDH Capital, Mr. Fertitta was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hilcorp Energy Company and Harvest Midstream Company. Previously, he worked in the Energy Group at Och-Ziff Capital Management in New York and practiced law in the Energy & Natural Resources Group at Kelly, Hart & Hallman LLP in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Fertitta received a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001.
