Biography

Michael F. Golden has served as a director of our company since 2004 and as our Vice Chairman since August 2020. He served as our President and CEO from 2004 to 2011. Mr. Golden served in various executive positions with the Kohler Company from 2002 to 2004, including as President of its Cabinetry Division. He served as President of Sales for the Industrial/Construction Group of the Stanley Works Company from 1999 until 2002; Vice President of Sales for Kohler’s North American Plumbing Group from 1996 until 1998; and Vice President — Sales and Marketing for a division of The Black & Decker Corporation where he was employed from 1981 until 1996.
